"Payment was easy, no issues"
Booked my Vegas tickets and the payment went through really smoothly. I got the confirmation fast too, and there weren’t any weird charges or anything like that, so... yeah, felt safe overall.

"Worked okay on my phone, but not totally smooth"
I used Vegas on my phone to check out a show and hotel bundle, and overall it was easy to get around. I didn’t have to pinch and zoom much, which was nice.

The checkout went through fine, but a few pages loaded slower than I expected. One page also froze for a second, so I had to go back and try again, which made me wonder a little about how reliable the mobile site really is.

I still got my tickets without any major trouble, so I’d probably use it again. I just hope they clean up the mobile experience a bit because it didn’t feel quite as polished as it should.

I booked tickets for the High Roller and it was super easy. Checkout only took a minute and the vouchers showed up really fast, which was great. Then again, I do wish the extra fees had been shown earlier because that part felt a little sneaky. Overall though, it worked fine and I’d probably use it again...

I had a little issue with my booking and wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a whole thing or take forever, but Vegas got back to me really fast and just handled it. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect and kept thinking there might be some extra fee added at the last second, but the price I saw before paying was actually the final price. I had to change part of my vegas booking last minute and thought it was going to be a whole thing. I don’t remember the person’s name, but they were really calm and professional about it. They walked me through what options I had and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them or being rushed. It got handled faster than I expected, so yeah, really happy with the support

"Had to Cancel, But at Least the Refund Was Easy"
Ugh, I had booked a show through vegas.com and then of course our plans changed at the last minute, because apparently nothing can ever just be simple. I was expecting the refund process to be a whole annoying mess, so I was already kind of bracing myself for a bunch of back-and-forth.

But surprisingly, it went way smoother than I thought. I sent in the request, got a response quickly, and the money was back on my card within a few days. No ridiculous runaround, no weird excuses, just handled properly. Honestly, 5 stars for making a stressful situation not worse.

Used vegas.com to grab some tickets it worked out fine. Got everything I needed. No major issues. The prices did shift a little while I was looking, which was kind of annoying, and support took longer than I expected to get back to me. So yeah. Seems trustworthy overall, but I’d still double-check the details before booking.

Are you going to honor refunds do to the coronavirus or not? it looks like your going to keep our money and profit from a world wide crisis.

Hi, i have been trying to talk to someone about my airline tickets and no one is answering their phone! this is just crazy they just take your money.

Rod stewart was cancelled. what's the status of vegas.com? here and trustpilot are many complaints that don't jive with their coronavirus guidance.

The main issue with most of the folks is that they do not read the terms and conditions, don't review the information before submitting and are too much in a hurry to know what they are doing correctly or incorrectly. then you get upset for your own ignorance. who's real fault is that? there is cancellation policy it you read, it does say if you cancel within 72 hours of check in, you will be charged one night plus room tax. if you knew 2 weeks ago you had to cancel, don't wait until check in day and think you can cancel without penalty. nobody takes time to read anything and wants to blame it on other people for their incompetence.

I have a reservation scheduled for september to fly to vegas and stay for a week. my question is wondering if there is a possibility of changing the airline that we are flying with and what does that entail?
